Sports betting rules

General Rules

Unless otherwise specified in the rules or name of a specific market, the results achieved during regulation time, determined by the tournament's governing body, apply. In this document, the terms “We” and “Us” refers to Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc.

We may accept bets for extra time (overtime) and shall indicate which periods the offered markets apply to.

The outcome of a bet is determined by Us, based on the official result recognized by the tournament's governing body, including results for match stats, or any video coverage the match may have. In the absence of an official source (website or otherwise), or cases where there is evidence to suggest that the governing body has made an error, we may use independent sources in favor of resulting bets. If no independent source of information is available, or if the information available is contradictory, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.

Changes to the result of an event made 48 hours or more after the event has concluded, will not be considered in determining winnings.

If a match is postponed, interrupted, delayed, or abandoned prior to the completion of regulation time, and play does not resume or start within 48 hours of the original kick-off time announced by the tournament's governing body, only bets on markets with an already determined outcome will stand. All bets requiring the match to continue or be played in full will be cancelled.

Fixture data such as date, kick-off time, current score, and/or statistics listed on the website, are for informational purposes only and We cannot be held responsible for any errors or changes in fixture data.

In team sports, if a team fields their reserve or youth team instead of their first team, we reserve the right to cancel all bets on the event.

In team sports, the home team in a match is determined solely by the governing body of the tournament, regardless of the ground it will be played on. In cases where the home ground advantage, for the same fixture, changes to the away team, all bets will be cancelled. Results from matches played on neutral ground are considered valid, as in those cases the designation 'Home' is treated as a formality.

Selections on related or contradictory markets cannot be combined in accumulator/multiple bets. (e.g.: Bets on the same team, player, match etc.), unless otherwise specified.

Bets on 2-way markets which indicate a specific line will be cancelled if the result achieved is equal to the line on offer.

If a market remains open after it has already been determined, we reserve the right to cancel all bets placed following the event which determined the outcome.

In the event of any technical issue which may adversely affect the services offered, we reserve the right to cancel all bets placed within the period of the issue.

We reserve the right to cancel all bets on any markets which may have been affected by human, technical or any other error, which leads to incorrectly confirmed match statistics and subsequently, odds.

If the team or the category of the event are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel the bets.
