Please read the following Terms and Conditions before using Solaire Online. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Data Privacy Policy, constitute a binding agreement between the Solaire Rewards Member (the “Member”) and Solaire Resort & Casino with respect to the use.

1. The Member confirms and affirms that he/she is 21 years old or above.
2. Solaire Online allows Solaire Rewards Members to play games via Solaire Online.
3. It is recommended that the Member use either a tablet or desktop PC to log in to his/her Solaire Rewards account. Only 1 device shall be allowed at a time.
4. Members use their Solaire Rewards account number and personal identification number (PIN) as passwords to log in to Solaire Online. Members are responsible for keeping and maintaining their personal Solaire Rewards account number and personal identification number (PIN) safe. Members must not share their Solaire Rewards account number and personal identification number (PIN) with any third party.
5. To be eligible to play in Solaire Online, the Member must have funds in his/her Solaire Online Balance, which the Member shall cash in from his/her Solaire Cash/Front Money account.

6. The Member may cash out online a maximum aggregate amount of PHP 500,000 per day, from 6:00 AM to 5:59 AM the following day.

   Your withdrawal requests will only be honored once you have completed the entire KYC process and passed all AML/compliance checks. Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the timelines set out in the table below. The following table sets out  (i) each supported payout channel, (ii) its corresponding timeframe, and (iii) the maximum amount per transaction:

   Note: *All transactions are subject to the daily cash out transaction limit of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 500,000.00) as set forth in Clause 7 these terms.

7. The Member may deposit cash, chips, and TITO tickets or transfer funds in his/her Solaire Cash/Front Money account at the Solaire Cage Cashier.
8. The Member shall be able to view the Super Six Baccarat table games on Solaire Online upon log-in. Solaire Online funds is required to be able to play.
9. Solaire Rewards Member may select from the live tables from the Solaire Online Lobby and proceed to join any available game. Table Minimum and Maximum bet set in the Solaire Online shall apply.
10. Should the Member be disconnected from Solaire Online after successfully placing his/her bet, the game will carry on without the Member and the Member shall be paid in accordance with the outcome of the game. This shall be applied if there is a pending game session at the time of disconnection. The winnings, if any, would be automatically credited to the Member’s Solaire Online balance.
11. The Member must log out of Solaire Online if the Member would like to effectively end his/her gaming session. Upon log-out, the credits in the Solaire Online balance shall be returned to the Solaire Cash/Front Money account of the Member.
12. To maintain the integrity and security of all transactions, patrons are required to complete the full verification process before initiating any withdrawals. This measure ensures compliance with regulatory standards and safeguards both the patron and the platform.
13. Should there be any concern or inquiry regarding Solaire Online, the Member may contact the Helpdesk at 8888-8880.
14. Solaire Resort & Casino shall not be liable for any losses or damages (either directly or indirectly) incurred by the Member from the use of Solaire Online arising from and/or in connection with the fault and/or negligence of the Member and/or any third party.
15. Solaire Resort & Casino reserves the right to cancel or change the Terms & Conditions on the use of Solaire Online at any time without prior notice.
16. Should there be any discrepancy in the English, Korean, and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
17. The laws of the Philippines govern all matters arising out of or relating to the use of Solaire Online and the terms and conditions herein.
18. All decisions of Solaire Resort & Casino on any dispute in relation to the usage of Solaire Online shall be final and binding.
19. Pursuant to the PAGCOR Charter and Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 8, the following persons are not allowed to enter, stay and/or play at the gaming establishments:
    1. A Government Official connected directly with the operation of the Government or any of its agencies.
    2. A member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force or the Philippine National Police; and
    3. A person under 21 years of age or student of any school, college or university in the Philippines.
